摘  要:采用相控阵检测技术对角焊缝内部缺陷进行检测,总结了管座结构形式和优缺点,理论分析了检测工艺参数的选取条件,提出了检测影响因素,并进行现场检测试验。结果表明,应根据管座结构形式和规格选择合适扇形扫查位置,检测聚焦位置应设置在最大检测深度处或稍远端位置。The structure form of pipe socket and the advantages and disadvantages are introduced, the selection conditions of the detection technology are analyzed theoretically and propose the influence factors of the detection, than do verified by practical application.The results show that the proper detection technology of phased array can be used to detect the internal defects of pipe socket fillet weld effectively.The results show that the appropriate position of S-scan should be selected according to the structure and specification of the tube socket, and the detection focus position should be set at the maximum detection depth or at a slightly distal position.
