摘 要:针对管道的完整性检测目前存在多种无损检测技术,每种无损检测技术皆有其优劣性。弱磁检测技术是一种近年来出现的电磁检测新技术,采用弱磁检测对石化管道进行实践应用表明弱磁检测技术能够有效检出缺陷,但是国标中给出的评价程序方法一般过于复杂,采用弱磁检测对于缺陷的进一步定性定量离不开其他无损检测技术的结合。At present,there are many nondestructive testing technologies for pipeline integrity testing,and each nondestructive testing technology has its advantages and disadvantages.Weak magnetic detection technology is a new electromagnetic detection technology in recent years.The practical application of weak magnetic detection to petrochemical pipelines shows that weak magnetic detection technology can effectively detect defects,but the evaluation methods given in the national standard are often too complex.The further qualitative and quantitative analysis of defects by weak magnetic detection is inseparable from the combination of other nondestructive testing technologies.
