Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipid protein level and osteoporosis. Methods 150 patients with osteoporosis diagnosed in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were included in this study and set as the observation group. 150 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were included in this study and set as the control group. The basic information, bone mineral density and lipoprotein levels of the two groups were observed and compared, and the correlation between lipoprotein levels and osteoporosis was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in height, age, weight and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05);The BMD of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the level of HDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the abnormal level of lipoprotein and the development of osteoporosis. Detecting the level of lipoprotein can early detect osteoporosis and provide a reliable basis for the treatment of patients with osteoporosis.
