摘　　要：呼吸急危重症患者的救治给临床医生带来了极大的挑战。近年来,随着介入呼吸病学的发展,形成了呼吸介入诊疗综合体系。传统危重症救治方法联合介入诊疗技术在呼吸危重症患者中的应用大大提高了患者的预后,其中,呼吸介入技术的联合应用越来越受到关注。目前,肺血管介入联合呼吸内镜介入在呼吸危重症尤其是大咯血、重症感染和肺恶性肿瘤患者的诊疗方面展现了良好的临床应用前景。本文希望通过对肺血管介入联合呼吸内镜介入在大咯血、重症感染和肺恶性肿瘤患者的临床应用价值进行综述,以帮助呼吸学界提高对介入呼吸病学的认知。The treatment of patients with critical pulmonary diseases has brought great challenges to clinicians.In recent years,with the development of interventional respiratory medicine,a comprehensive system of pulmonary interventional therapy has come into being.The application of traditional treatment combined with interventional therapy has greatly improved the prognosis of patients suffering critical pulmonary diseases.Among them,the combination of pulmonary interventional therapy has attracted more and more attention.At present,pulmonary vascular intervention combined with respiratory endoscopic intervention has shown a good clinical promise,especially in patients with massive hemoptysis,severe infections,and pulmonary malignant tumors.This article aims to review the clinical value of interventional therapy of respiratory endoscopy combined with pulmonary vascular intervention in patients with massive hemoptysis,severe infections,and pulmonary malignant tumors,so as to improve the understanding of pulmonary interventional therapy in the respiratory field.
