摘  要:以某型混凝土搅拌运输车为研究对象,研究其在搅拌站内作业时的工况,并将现有成熟的技术,如图像识别技术、5G视频传输技术应用到搅拌车上。利用摄像头识别混凝土搅拌运输车进料斗和搅拌站卸料斗是否对准,通过视频传输技术将视频传输到驾驶室内,供司机查看,并通过语音播报的方式,指导司机倒车,从而有效提高司机的一次性倒车对准率,为特定场景(混凝土搅拌站内)的搅拌车无人驾驶技术研究、应用提供参考。Taking a concrete mixer truck as the research object,its working conditions when operating in a mixing plant are studied,and the existing mature technologies such as image recognition technology and 5G video transmission technology are applied to the mixer truck:using the camera to identify whether the feed hopper of the concrete mixer truck is aligned with the discharge hopper of the mixing plant,transmitting the video to the cab through video transmission technology for the driver to view,and guiding the driver to reverse by means of voice broadcast to effectively improve the driver’s one-time reversing alignment rate.It provides a reference for the research and application of driverless technology for mixer truck in specific scenarios(inside the concrete mixing plant).
