摘　　要：柳工最新研发的CLG886H静液压大型轮式装载机,采用静液压传动技术,配备专用外特性曲线的电控发动机,智能温控电比例变量液压驱动风扇系统,2挡模式的变速器,重载湿式制动驱动桥,智能功率分配及减速制动踏板,以及可实现复合动作的定变量液压系统等先进设备和技术,配合电比例指尖操作,整机可操控性和舒适性大幅度提升。结合整机的定速巡航、发动机定转速模式等功能,可快速扩展整机应用场景。介绍CLG886H静液压大型轮式装载机的主要技术参数、结构组成及功能性能特点。The CLG886H hydrostatic large wheeled loader,newly developed by Liu Gong,adopts hydrostatic transmission technology and is equipped with advanced equipment and technologies such as an electronically controlled engine with a special external characteristic curve,an intelligent temperature-controlled electroproportional variable hydraulic drive fan system,a 2-speed mode transmission,a heavy-duty wet brake drive axle,an intelligent power distribution and deceleration brake pedal,and a constant-variable hydraulic system that can achieve composite actions,and together with the electro-proportional fingertip operation,the overall maneuverability and comfort are greatly enhanced.In conjunction with the functions of cruise control and constant engine speed mode,the application scenarios of the machine can be quickly extended.The main technical parameters,structure and functional performance characteristics of the CLG886H hydrostatic large wheeled loader are introduced.
