摘  要:针对某型轮式装载机后车架上铰接板断裂的问题,分析故障件的整机工况和受力情况,应用ANS YS Workbench软件结合制造工艺对后车架结构进行系统性分析。在基本不增加成本的情况下对后车架铰接板结构进行优化设计,改进后原断裂位置的最大应力得到显著降低。持续跟踪两年时间,该装载机后车架铰接板再未出现断裂故障,大大提高了装载机的整体可靠性。In view of the fracture of the hinged plate of the rear frame of a wheeled loader,the working conditions of the machine and stresses of the faulty part are analyzed,and the rear frame structure is systematically analyzed using the software ANSYS Workbench in conjunction with the manufacturing process.The design of the hinged plate structure of the rear frame is optimized at virtually no additional cost,and the maximum stress at the original fracture position is significantly reduced after the improvement.After two years of following up,the hinged plate of the rear frame of the loader has not broken again,greatly improving the overall reliability of the loader.
