摘　　要：影响路面质量的指标有摊铺厚度、平整度及密实度等,其中平整度是评价路面质量的重要指标之一。摊铺机自动找平系统可克服基层路面波动起伏干扰,通过检测装置反馈的信息,实时在线调整找平液压缸并补偿牵引点高度变化,从而改善路面的平整度,摊铺出具有一定平整度和密实度的沥青路面。通过对摊铺机熨平装置工作原理、熨平板衰减能力、熨平装置力学分析、摊铺厚度自动找平、路面摊铺基层构造及自动找平系统检测方式等进行分析,得出对熨平板自动找平特性起决定作用的的结构参数,为摊铺机的生产、制造及使用提供理论参考。Pavement quality is affected by paving thickness,flatness and compactness,among which flatness is one of the important indicators forevaluating pavement quality.The automatic levelling system of the paver can overcome the fluctuations of the base pavement,adjusts the levelling hydraulic cylinder online in real time and compensates for changes in the height of the traction point through the feedback from the detection device,thereby improving the pavement flatness and paving an asphalt pavement with a certain flatness and compactness.The working principle of the paver screed,the attenuation capacity of the screed,the mechanical analysis of the screed,the automatic levelling of the paving thickness,the structure of the paving base and the detection mode of the automatic levelling system are analyzed to obtain the structural parameters that play a decisive role in the automatic levelling characteristics of the screed,which provides a theoretical reference for the production,manufacture and use of pavers.
