摘 要:制备了Ag掺杂二氧化钛可见光催化剂(Ag/TiO_(2)),优化了Ag掺杂量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备条件,采用SEM、EDS、XRD、FT-IR、TGA等对Ag/TiO_(2)进行了表征。结果表明,在Ag掺杂量为1.0%、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间3h的优化条件下,Ag/TiO_(2)在可见光下降解40mg/L的亚甲基蓝,降解率达到了96.85%,与TiO_(2)在紫外光条件下的光催化降解相当。表征结果表明,Ag被成功地掺杂到了粒子表面,且在TiO_(2)的表面缔合,这有效地拓宽了TiO_(2)在可见光区的吸收,增强了Ag/TiO_(2)光催化剂的光谱响应,大幅度提高了Ag/TiO_(2)在可见光下的催化活性。A kind of visible light photocatalyst(Ag/TiO_(2)) doped with silver were prepared firstly.Next, the photocatalytic activity of Ag/TiO_(2)was evaluated by the degradation rate of methylene blue.After that, preparation conditions such as the amount of silver doping, calcined temperature and time were optimized.Finally, the Ag/TiO_(2)was characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD,FT-IR and TGA.The results showed that the degradation rate of 40mg/L methylene blue degraded by Ag/TiO_(2)in visible light reached 96.85% under the optimal conditions of 1.0% Ag doping, calcined temperature 800℃ and calcined time 3h, which was equivalent to the photocatalytic degradation of TiO_(2)under ultraviolet light.The results showed that silver was successfully doped onto the surface of particles and associated on the surface of TiO_(2),which effectively widened the absorption of TiO_(2)in visible light region, enhanced the spectral response of Ag/TiO_(2)photocatalyst, and greatly improved the catalytic activity of Ag/TiO_(2)under visible light.
