摘 要:制备了一种应用于冷轧板表面的无机与有机硅树脂复合的钝化液。采用浸渍法将其涂布于DC01型冷轧板表面形成一层无机与有机硅烷复合杂化膜。研究了钝化液体系中金属离子比例、硅烷偶联剂之间的比例对冷轧板耐腐蚀性的影响,对涂覆在冷轧板上无机与有机硅烷复合杂化膜的硬度、附着力、耐腐蚀性等进行了分析,并通过红外光谱、电化学腐蚀、热重及扫描电镜对杂化膜进行形貌和结构表征。结果表明:当钝化液中Zn(NO_(3))_(2)/Mn(NO_(3))_(2)为1∶1;甲基三甲氧基硅烷/环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS/GPTMS)为1∶1.6;聚氨酯树脂占10%、H_(2)TiF_(6)占0.5%、二氧化硅溶胶占5%。此时的钝化液性能达到最好,涂覆于冷轧板表面上所成膜光滑连续致密性好,可耐400℃以上的高温,膜的硬度达到4H,在基板上附着力为0级。A passivating solution of inorganic and organic resin for cold rolled steel plate was prepared and coated on DC01 cold rolled steel plate by impregnation method to form a hybrid film of inorganic and organic silane.The influence of contents of metal ions and silane coupling agent on the corrosion resistance of cold rolled steel sheet was investigated.The hardness, adhesion and corrosion resistance of coated cold rolled steel sheet were analyzed.The morphology and structure of the hybrid membrane was characterized by infrared spectrum, electrochemical corrosion, thermogravimetric(TG) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that when the ratio of MTMS/GPTMS and Zn(NO_(3))_(2)/Mn(NO_(3))_(2)in passivation solution were 1∶1.6 and 1∶1,respectively, and polyurethane resin accounted for 10%,H_(2)TiF_(6)for 0.5%,Silica sol for 5%,the passivation liquid performance was the best.Meantime, the coated film was smooth, continual and dense.The hardness of the film, formed under the optimal condition, reached 4H,the adhesion was 0,and the resistance temperature was up to 400℃.
