摘 要:通过原位聚合法制备了一系列聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/人造岗石废渣(PET/AMWs)复合材料,探究了AMWs含量对复合材料的热稳定性、热变形温度、结晶速率和冲击强度等的影响。结果表明,添加AMWs后,复合材料的热稳定性得到明显加强,当AMWs含量为10%时,热变形温度达到79.10℃,比纯PET提高约13.2℃。由于AMWs粒子在PET基体中起到异相成核作用,复合材料的结晶速率随AMWs含量的增加先加快后减慢,在含量为5%时达到最快。添加10%AMWs时,复合材料的冲击强度达到5.23kJ/m^(2),较纯PET提高约38%,这是由于AMWs粒子表面包覆不饱和聚酯而形成一种部分核壳结构,起到增韧基体、提高冲击强度的作用。A series of polyethylene terephthalate/artificial marble wastes(PET/AMWs) composites were prepared through in-situ polymerization.The effects of AMWs content on the thermal stability, heat deflection temperature, crystallization rate and impact strength of the composites were investigated.The results indicated that the thermal stability of the composites was significantly strengthened after adding AMWs.When AMWs content was 10%,the heat deflection temperature reached 79.10℃,which was about 13.2℃ higher than that of pure PET.Attributable to the heterogeneous nucleation of AMWs particles in the PET matrix, the crystallization rate of the composites first accelerated and then slowed down as the increase of AMWs content, reaching the maximum when the content was 5%.When 10% AMWs was added, the impact strength of the composites reached 5.23kJ/m^(2),which was about 38% higher than that of pure PET.It was because the surface of AMWs particles was coated with unsaturated polyester to form a kind of partial core-shell structure, which played the role of toughening the matrix and improving the impact strength.
