摘 要:通过有机改性得到改性蒙脱石(OMMT),采用水热法在OMMT表面原位负载TiO_(2)合成了OMMT/TiO_(2)复合催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、红外光谱等方法对复合材料进行表征。采用色差计、热重分析仪、旋转流变仪和差式扫描量热仪等对不同催化剂合成的PET的色相、热性能、流变性能和结晶性能进行研究。结果表明,与传统催化剂Sb_(2)O_(3)相比,OMMT/TiO_(2)催化剂不仅有着更高的催化活性,而且可有效缩短缩聚反应时间,提升PET的热性能、结晶性能和流变性能。当OMMT/TiO_(2)添加量为0.5%(wt,质量分数)时,PET的色相较好,b值为5.09,特性黏度为0.654dL/g,具有很好的应用意义。Modified montmorillonite(OMMT) was prepared by organically modification, and then the OMMT/TiO_(2)composite catalyst was further synthesized via in-situ supported titanium dioxide on the surface of OMMT by hydrothermal method.The composite materials were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and other analytical methods.The hue, thermal properties, rheological properties, and crystallization properties of PET synthesized with different catalysts were studied using technologies such as colorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer, rotational rheometer, and differential scanning calorimeter.The results showed that: compared with the traditional catalyst Sb_(2)O_(3),the OMMT/TiO_(2)catalyst not only had higher catalytic activity, but also could effectively shorten the polycondensation reaction time, and at the same time could improve the thermal performance, crystallization performance and rheological performance of PET.When the addition amount of OMMT/TiO_(2)was 0.5wt%,the hue of PET was better, the b value was 5.09,and the intrinsic viscosity was 0.654dL/g, which had good application potential.
