摘  要:以天然丝瓜络为原料,经过高温碳化和棕榈蜡改性,得到改性丝瓜络,利用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对改性丝瓜络的结构和形貌进行表征,通过吸油/吸水倍率评价了改性丝瓜络的疏水亲油性能。结果表明:在碳化温度为800℃、碳化时间为1h、棕榈蜡乳液质量浓度为2.5g/L、浸渍时间为10s时制备的改性丝瓜络纤维呈长圆筒形、由多层丝状纤维交织形成网状结构,且具有良好的疏水性和油吸附稳定性。改性丝瓜络作为一种环境友好且性能优良的吸油材料,有望在废水处理和油水分离等领域得到广泛应用。Using natural loofah sponge as raw material, the modified loofah sponge was prepared by combining high temperature carbonization and palm wax modification.The structure and morphology of the modified loofah sponge were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The hydrophobicity and lipophilicity were evaluated by oil/water absorption rate.When the carbonization temperature, time, palm wax concentration and the impregnation time were 800℃,1h, 2.5g/L and 10s, respectively, the obtained loofah sponge fiber was long cylindrical with the network structure formed by interweaving of multi-layer filamentous fibers, and had good hydrophobicity and oil adsorption stability.The modified loofah sponge was an environmentally friendly and excellent oil absorption material, which was expected to be widely used in wastewater treatment and oil-water separation.
