摘  要:深圳市高负荷密度区域建成了一组高温超导电缆示范工程,以10 kV/2.5 kA三相同轴超导电缆为研究对象,针对该示范工程的运行特点和故障机理,开展了超导电缆综合保护方案研究,提出了电气量和非电气量结合的综合失超保护方法,完成了失超保护功能配置,研发并测试了失超保护装置。各项测试结果表明,该失超保护装置能保障10 kV/2.5 kA超导电缆挂网运行的安全与稳定。A group of high-temperature superconducting(HTS)cable demonstration project was built in the high load density area of Shenzhen.In this paper,the 10 kV/2.5 kA tri-axial HTS cable was taken as the research object,a research on the comprehensive protection scheme of the HTS cable was carried out according to the operation characteristics and fault mechanism of the demonstration project.Aquench protection method combining electrical and non-electrical quantities was proposed,and the quench protection function configuration was completed.Finally,the quench protection device was developed and tested.The results of the type test,factory test and field operation show that the quench protection device can guarantee the safety and stability of the 10 kV/2.5 kA HTS cable during operation.
