摘  要:针对装配式建筑吊装施工随机性和模糊性特点,引入盲数理论和物元可拓法,建立装配式建筑吊装施工风险综合评估模型。首先,根据装配式建筑吊装施工特点,从人员、设备、构件、环境和管理5个方面,选取了23个影响因素构建综合评价指标体系,并应用序关系分析法(Order Relation Analysis Method,G1法)确定指标权重;其次,采用专家打分法确定指标赋值范围,基于盲数理论构建盲数矩阵和计算指标综合得分,通过构建单指标隶属度函数,计算单指标隶属度和综合隶属度,以最大隶属度原则为判断准则确定风险等级;最后,以某市在建的装配式建筑小区为研究对象,进行吊装施工风险等级评价。结果表明,该项目吊装施工风险等级较低,与现场调研情况相符合。研究表明,本文所建立的盲数理论和物元可拓法的综合评价模型在装配式建筑吊装施工风险评估方面具有适用性,可以为吊装施工风险评估提供理论依据。The present paper is aimed at establishing a new comprehensive safety evaluation model for prefabricated building hoisting construction based on the blind number theory and matter-element extension theory because of the randomness and fuzziness of prefabricated building hoisting construction.For this purpose,we,first of all,built a comprehensive evaluation index system according to the characteristics of prefabricated building hoisting construction,mainly including 23 factors:operation proficiency of hoisting operators,safety awareness of site construction personnel,the number of security commissioners,applicability of hoisting equipment,operation status of hoisting equipment,quality of prefabricated components,rationality of setting lifting points of prefabricated components,completeness of safety production management system construction,qualification of safety construction education and training,feasibility of construction scheme,climatic conditions of site operation,and so on.These factors are from the following 5 dimensions:human,equipment,components,environment,and management.What is also worth mentioning is that,in the given paper,we managed to G1 method for determining the weight of the above-mentioned factors.Secondly,we applied the expert scoring method for determining the index score range,and then we calculated the blind number matrix and the comprehensive score of the index based on the blind number theory.We worked out the single index attribute measure and comprehensive attribute measure based on the single index attribute measure function,as well as the risk grade of prefabricated building hoisting construction on the maximum membership degree principle.Finally,the new comprehensive safety evaluation model is applied to evaluate a prefabricated building community under construction in a city with the analysis results demonstrating that is low-risk,which is consistent with the field investigation.It shows that the comprehensive evaluation model of blind number theory and matterelement extension met
