摘 要:为研究煤在低温氧化过程中的放热特征,确定影响煤氧化放热强度的主要因素,以4种不同煤化程度煤样为研究对象,采用封闭式煤氧化试验方法,结合键能平衡法计算煤在25~70℃、氧气体积分数0~21%范围内的氧化放热强度,获得煤氧化过程中氧氧气体积分数、温度和氧化放热强度三者间的关系表达式;运用灰色关联法分析挥发分、水分、含硫量、灰分、氧气体积分数和温度与煤氧化放热强度的关联度。结果表明,煤耗氧速度、CO释放速率和CO_(2)释放速率随温度升高呈指数增长趋势。通过比较挥发分、水分、含硫量、灰分、氧气体积分数和温度与煤氧化放热强度的关联度可知,影响不同煤化程度煤样氧化放热强度的主要因素是煤自身的挥发分质量分数,而外部因素中的温度对同一煤样氧化放热强度的影响要强于氧气体积分数。To investigate the exothermic characteristics of coal in the process of low-temperature oxidation,the main factors affecting the oxidation heat liberation intensity of coal were determined.Taking four kinds of coal samples with different ranks of coalification as research targets,the rates of coal oxygen consumption,CO release rate,and CO_(2)release rate were measured by using the closed oxygen consumption test method under the condition of a temperature of 25-70℃and oxygen volume fraction of 0-21%,and the oxidation heat liberation intensity of coal was calculated by using the bond energy balance method.The grey correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation degree between every single factor including volatile matter,moisture,sulfur content,ash,oxygen volume fraction and temperature,and the oxidation heat liberation intensity of coal.Based on the experimental results,the following conclusions were obtained:under the condition of the constant temperature,both the oxygen volume fraction,CO volume fraction,and CO_(2)volume fraction in the system of the closed oxygen consumption test obey the exponential distribution law;the rate of coal oxygen consumption,CO release rate and CO_(2)release rate increase exponentially with the increase of the temperature;there is an obvious corresponding relationship among the oxidation heat liberation intensity,the temperature and the oxygen volume fraction of coal;the correlation degree between every single factor including volatile matter,moisture,sulfur content,ash,oxygen volume fraction and temperature and the oxidation heat liberation intensity of coal,the corresponding figures are 0.9230,0.9007,0.8782,0.91080,0.8784 and 0.8786.The main factor affecting the oxidation heat liberation intensity of the different kinds of coal samples is the volatile matter,and the effect of temperature on the intensity of oxidation heat liberation from the same coal sample is stronger than that of volume fraction.
