摘  要:为掌握矿山地质环境问题的影响程度,以调查区多年遥感图像为信息源,通过图像识别技术,解译矿山地物信息,提取量化评价数据;然后结合改进序关系法与拉开档次法,最终建立基于直觉模糊集(Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set,IFS)-理想解法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)的矿山地质环境综合评价模型。最后以陕西省富平县曹村镇为实例,基于遥感信息提取数据的分析,并结合研究区矿山开发与自然地理情况,构建矿山地质环境评价指标体系,应用所提出的模型对研究区的矿山进行地质环境评价,得出以矿山为单元的评价等级分区。结果表明,所提出的方法能够客观地反映研究区矿山地质环境现状,能为政府进一步制定矿山地质环境保护与治理政策提供合理参考。The prerequisite for the governance of the geological environment of mines is to master the degree of the influence of geological environment problems of the mines.To achieve the purpose,first of all,this paper interprets the ground feature information of the mines through image recognition technology based on the long term remote sensing images,extracts quantitative evaluation data,and then combines improved order relation method and scatter degree method to determine the comprehensive weight of the index.The comprehensive evaluation model of mine geological environment based on intuitionistic fuzzy set(IFS)-TOPSIS is established.Finally,in the case of Cancun town,Fuping county,Shaanxi province,analysis of data extraction based on remote sensing information,combined the mine development and the natural geography of the study area,the system of the mine geological environment evaluation index is constructed.This evaluation index system includes 4 primary indexes and 12 secondary indexes.The primary index includes four aspects:physical geography,mine development activities,land destruction and restoration,and mine geological disaster.Applying the proposed model to evaluate the geological environment of the mines in the study area,the evaluation grade division with the mine as the unit is obtained,and the trends of the mine geological environment are obtained by further evaluation.It is found that the mine geological environment in the study area had gradually deteriorated since 2011,but the trend of environment deterioration has been reversed fundamentally in recent years.Combined with the relevant government policies,the results of the mine remote sensing survey and mine geological environment evaluation were compared and analyzed.The results show that the proposed method can objectively reflect the current status of the mine geological environment in the study area,and can provide a reasonable reference for the government to further formulate mine geological environment protection and treatment policies.
