摘　　要：本文分析了“双高计划”建设对高职院校图书馆的新要求和用户需求新变化,阐述了文献资源建设的理念、原则,并从建立需求分析机制、优化资源采购流程、完善资源建设绩效评价体系等方面,探索了“双高计划”背景下高职院校图书馆文献资源建设路径,以期提升文献资源建设水平,助力技能型高水平大学建设。This paper analyzes the new requirements of the construction of the "Double High Plan" for the library and the new changes in the needs of users,and expounds the concepts and principles of document resources construction,and explores the path of document resources construction of higher vocational college libraries under the background of the "Double High Plan" from the aspects of establishing a demand analysis mechanism,optimizing the resource procurement process,and improving the performance evaluation system of resource construction,with a view to improving the level of document resources construction,assisting in the construction of a skilled high-level university.
