摘  要:河北某南水北调水厂夏季原水pH升高,影响混凝效果,同时造成出水残余铝升高,存在水质安全风险。针对此问题,利用CO_(2)调节原水pH,通过中试和生产实验对投加CO_(2)的参数和效能进行了探究和验证。结果证明投加1.5 mg/L CO_(2)后,能降低原水pH,改善混凝条件,混凝剂单耗从14 mg/L降低至2.5 mg/L,同时出水残余铝也下降至0.076 mg/L,显著提升水质安全性。投加CO_(2)调控过程也具有较好的经济性。The raw water pH of a South to North Water Diversion waterworks in Hebei province rises in summer. This problem affects the coagulation effect and causes the residual aluminum in the effluent to increase. There are water quality safety risks. To solve this problem, CO_(2)was used to adjust the pH of raw water, and the parameters and efficiency of adding CO_(2)were explored and verified through pilot and production experiments. The results showed that after adding 1.5 mg/L CO_(2), the pH of raw water can be reduced, so as to improve the coagulation conditions, that the unit consumption of coagulant was reduced from 14 mg/L to 2.5 mg/L. Meanwhile the residual aluminum in the effluent was also reduced to 0.076 mg/L, significantly improving the safety of water quality. The process of adding CO_(2)also has good economy and is suitable for promotion in other waterworks.
