摘 要:针对黑龙江某炼化污水处理场深度处理项目的外排含盐废水中间水池出水,考察二维电催化氧化技术处理效果,推动二维电催化氧化技术在炼化废水处理项目的工程应用。通过小试和中试论证,出水COD和TN均达到并优于《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570-2015)排放标准。处理后出水COD为33.5~55.5 mg/L,去除率38.20%~56.98%,单位水处理成本为1.58~2.45元/m^(3),年平均水处理成本为2.01元/m^(3),降低了废水处理运行费用。该技术有效解决了含盐类工业废水达标排放的技术难题,污水系统运行稳定。In view of the effluent from the intermediate pool of salt-containing wastewater discharged from a refinery wastewater treatment plant in Heilongjiang province, the treatment effect of two-dimensional electro-catalytic oxidation technology was investigated to promote the engineering application of two-dimensional electro-catalytic oxidation technology in refinery wastewater treatment projects. Through the small-scale and pilot-scale tests, the effluent COD and TN reached and exceeded the emission standard of Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry(GB 31570-2015). After treatment, the effluent COD is 33.5~55.5 mg/L, the removal rate is 38.20%~56.98%, and the cost of per ton water treatment is 1.58~2.45 yuan, average annual cost per ton of water treatment is 2.01 yuan, which reduce operating costs of sewage treatment. This technology effectively solves the technical problem of meeting the discharge standard of industrial wastewater containing salt, and the sewage system runs stably.
