摘  要:选取鄂尔多斯某煤化工废水进行高密度澄清池同步除硅除硬研究。通过对高密澄清池石灰加药量、除硅除硬池pH、污泥回流等重要影响因素进行对比研究,实现了高密池产水水质长周期稳定达标,产水浊度、总硬度、二氧化硅去除率分别达到95.9%、77%、52.4%。在运行过程中发现斜坡区有单侧污泥堆积现象,且存在隔墙后污泥坍塌风险,对沉淀区刮泥机正常运行造成威胁。通过分析研究,采取在斜坡区加装竖向曝气管间歇性曝气的方法,消除了污泥堆积现象,实现了高密池安全稳定运行。The wastewater from a coal chemical industry in Ordos was selected for the Research on simultaneous removal of silicon and hardening in high-density pool. Through the comparative study on the important influencing factors such as the dosage of lime in the high-density tank, the pH of the silicon-removing and hardening tank, and the water quality of the high-density pool has achieved a long-term and stable target standard, The water turbidity, total hardness and silica removal rate reached 95.9%, 77% and 52.4%, respectively. During the commissioning operation, it was found that there was a phenomenon of unilateral sludge accumulation in the slope area, and there was a risk of sludge collapse behind the partition wall, posing a threat to the normal operation of the sludge scraper in the sedimentation area. Through analysis and research, the method of installing vertical aeration pipes for intermittent aeration in the slope area eliminates the phenomenon of sludge accumulation and realizes the safe and stable operation of the high-density pool.
