摘　　要：尾丝的质量是影响后道加弹过尾率的因素之一,好的尾丝具有单束丝束清晰,长度适宜,易过尾等基本特点。为减少138 dtex/144 f扁平涤纶预取向丝的双尾丝,从人员、设备配件、环境等因素分析探讨其产生原因并制定实施了一系列管理措施,达到了双尾丝可控的效果。The quality of tail wire is one of the factors affecting the tail passing rate of aftertrack plus bullet.A good tail wire has the basic characteristics of clear single tow, appropriate length and easy tail passing. In order to reduce the 138 dtex/144 f flat polyester pre-oriented yarn double tail wire, from the personnel,equipment accessories, environment and other factors, the causes are analyzed and discussed, and a series of management measures have been developed and implemented to achieve the controllable effect of double tail wire.
