摘  要:采用液晶纺丝技术,通过干喷-湿纺制备对位芳纶,探讨了初生纤维成形过程中空气层高度、凝固浴质量分数、凝固浴温度以及集束点高度对对位芳纶性能的影响。结果表明:空气层高度为12 mm、凝固浴质量分数为10%、温度为8℃、集束点高度为45 cm时,制备的1 100 dtex对位芳纶的力学性能及外观最佳。The p-aramid fiber was prepared by dry-jet wet spinning using liquid crystal spinning technology. The effects of air layer height, coagulation bath mass fraction, coagulation bath temperature and cluster point height on the properties of p-aramid fiber were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties and appearance of 1 100 dtex p-aramid fiber were the best when the air layer height was 12 mm,the coagulation bath mass fraction was 10%, the coagulation bath temperature was 8 ℃ and the cluster point height was 45 cm.
