摘 要:为研究玄武岩纤维在桥梁抗裂中的应用,以纤维长度及纤维体积分数为自变量,分别对掺加了玄武岩纤维长度为11、25 mm,体积分数为0.2%、0.3%的4根单变量试验梁和1根空白对照梁进行静载试验,对试验梁的开裂荷载、裂缝宽度及挠度进行监测。结果表明,在混凝土中掺加玄武岩纤维后,梁体开裂时的荷载显著增大,梁体产生的裂缝发展得更加缓慢,裂缝宽度和跨中挠度降低,说明玄武岩纤维能够提高桥梁的抗裂性能及整体刚度。In order to study the application of basalt fiber in anti-crack of bridge, the length and volume fraction of basalt fiber are taken as independent variables, four univariate test beams with the length of11 mm and 25 mm and volume fraction of 0.2% and 0.3%, and one blank control beam were tested under static load. The cracking load, crack width and deflection of the best beams were monitored. The results show that when basalt fiber is added to concrete, the load of beam cracking increases significantly, the cracks develop more slowly, and the crack width and mid-span deflection decrease. The above phenomenon indicates that basalt fiber can improve the cracking resistance and the overall stiffness of Bridges.
