摘 要:使用不同纤度的芯纱(124.4 tex和186.7 tex氨纶长丝)和不同成分的包缠纱(16 tex锦纶长丝、涤纶长丝、丙纶长丝),以相同的工艺参数纺制纱线,探究芯纱的纤度和包缠纱的成分对纱线负泊松比效应的影响。结果表明,芯纱为186.7 tex氨纶的纱线比芯纱为124.4 tex氨纶的纱线负泊松比效应略高,负泊松比峰值对应的轴向应变也相对延后,其中,包缠纱为涤纶的纱线负泊松比效应最佳,124.4 tex氨纶为芯纱和186.7 tex氨纶为芯纱的氨纶/涤纶包缠纱的负泊松比最大值分别为-1.30和-1.32。将纺制出的以186.7 tex氨纶为芯纱的氨纶/涤纶负泊松比纱线采用四种组织进行织造,观察织物的负泊松比效应,平纹织物和斜纹织物的负泊松比值分别为-0.152 9和-0.125 2。Using core yarns(124.4 tex and 186.7 tex Spandex filament) with different fineness and wrapping yarns(16 tex nylon filament, polyester filament and polypropylene filament) with different composition, the influence of core yarn fineness and wrapping yarn composition on yarn mechanical properties and negative Poisson’s ratio effect was explored. The spun Spandex/polyester negative Poisson’s ratio yarn with 186.7 tex Spandex as the core yarn was woven with four weaves, and the negative Poisson’s ratio effect of the fabric was observed. The negative Poisson’s ratio of plain weave fabric and twill fabric were-0.152 9 and-0.125 2.
