摘 要:框架结构是由很多梁和柱子共同构成,能够承载整个房子的荷载。在高层住宅和多层工业厂房中,由于受力大,砖砌体的承重能力已经不能满足大荷载的需要,因此一般都采用框架结构。该工程为框架式民用建筑物设计,其中分为建筑设计和结构设计2部分。建筑设计,根据工程设计的任务书内容及技术要求,从建筑用地条件、应用特性、建筑构造、工艺、选材、技术、管理及建筑的审美价值等各方面的角度考虑后,在符合城市整体规划的情况下,提供建筑实施方案。建筑设计主要基于结构的安全性、适用性和可靠性的原则,同时,按照办公楼设计思路和设计理念,对此项工程的施工方案、施工图纸进行设计。结构设计就是选取拥有典型特征的一榀框架进行内力分析计算,利用D值法计算水平风荷载与地震荷载,利用力矩二次分配法来分析计算竖向荷载,紧接着开展荷载的内力组合,分析比对得到最不利的内力组合方式,梁、板、柱、基础的设计和配筋计算均根据该荷载数值进行计算和分析。The frame structure is composed of many beams and columns, which can carry the load of the whole house. In highrise residential buildings and multi-storey industrial factories, due to the large force, the load-bearing capacity of brick masonry can not meet the needs of heavy load, so frame structure is generally adopted. This project is a frame civil building design, which is divided into two parts: architectural design and structural design. Architectural design: according to the contents and technical requirements of the engineering design, after considering the conditions of building land, application characteristics, building structure, technology, material selection, technology, management, aesthetic value of architecture and other aspects, in line with the overall urban planning, provide the building implementation plan. The architectural design is mainly based on the principles of structural safety, applicability and reliability. At the same time, the construction plan and construction drawings of this project are designed according to the design ideas and concepts of the office building. As to the structural design, we select a frame with typical characteristics for internal force analysis and calculation, use D-value method to calculate horizontal wind load and seismic load, and use moment quadratic distribution method to analyze and calculate vertical load. Then, we carry out the internal force combination of the load, analysis and comparison to get the most unfavorable combination of internal forces, and calculate and analyze the design of the beam, plate, pillar, foundation and the calculation of the reinforcement according to the load values.
