水资源综合规划后评估及修编研究

摘　　要：水资源综合规划是各地区指导一个阶段水资源管理工作的重要指导方针。在总结第一、二版池州市水资源综合规划实施完成情况的基础上,结合当前水资源最新工作要求及2022年罕见历史旱情,开展新一阶段池州市水资源综合规划修编工作是十分必要的,该文通过对池州市水资源综合规划实施方案成效进行后评估,研究探索新一阶段修编原则,并提出几点修编建议,以期为同类丰水地区水资源综合规划修编方向提供参考。Comprehensive planning of water resources is an important guiding principle for each region to guide one stage of water resources management. On the basis of summarizing the implementation of comprehensive planning of water resources in Chizhou City in the first and second stages, according to the latest working requirements of water resources and the rare historical drought in 2022,it is very necessary to carry out the revision of integrated water resources planning in Chizhou City in the new stage. Based on the post-evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation plan of comprehensive planning of water resources in Chizhou City, this paper studies and explores the principles of revision in the new stage, and puts forward some suggestions on revision, in order to provide reference for the revision direction of comprehensive water resources planning in similar water-rich areas.
