摘 要:多囊卵巢综合征是年轻女性常见的生殖内分泌疾病,临床表现多样,危害大。在国内外广泛流行,发病率高达5%~10%,且不同种族、不同地区间临床表现也有一定差异,这提示PCOS的发病机制可能跟遗传基因和环境因素有关。本文综述了PCOS研究进展,以及近年来circRNA在PCOS中的差异表达及其生物学功能,包括对卵泡液、卵丘颗粒细胞等局部组织的研究进展,对PCOS孕妇的胎盘进行差异表达circRNA的检测及生物学功能分析,以及对血浆进行研究了解circRNA在全身的表达情况,探讨circRNA对PCOS发病机制的影响,协助从基因层面来了解其对疾病发生发展的影响。Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common reproductive endocrine disease in young women,with diverse clinical manifestations and great harm.It is widely prevalent at home and abroad,with an incidence rate as high as 5%-10%,and different clinical manifestations among different races and regions,suggesting that the pathogenesis of PCOS may be related to genetic and environmental factors.This review summarizes the prevalence of PCOS,and the recent differential expression of circRNA and its biological functions in PCOS,including research progress on local tissues such as follicular fluid and cumulus granulosa cells,detection of differentially expressed circRNA and biological functional analysis of the placentas of pregnant women with PCOS,and studies of plasma to understand the expression of circRNA in the whole body.To explore the influence of circRNA on the pathogenesis of PCOS,and help to understand its influence on the occurrence and development of diseases from the gene level.
