摘 要:作为驾驶员了解汽车运行状况,获取汽车关键信息的主要通道之一,汽车组合仪表及DVD显示屏在人机工程及驾驶员视野中起到不可代替的作用。目前市场上部分车型在前期设计没有充分进行校核,导致驾驶时出现“虚影”或者强光炫目,严重影响驾驶安全。该文通过对某A级电动车组合仪表及DVD显示屏视野进行分析,在软件模型数据的基础上,以人体参数和总布置硬点作为设计输入,以相关国家标准和经验数据作为依据,建立相关眼椭圆模型,利用Catia及UG等软件对组合仪表光路径进行模拟分析,并对模拟结果进行分析评价和优化,消除驾驶员视野问题,确保了视野清晰和行车安全。As one of the main channels for drivers to acquire the operating conditions and other key information of vehicles,automobile instrument plays an irreplaceable role in ergonomics and driver's vision.Recently,for some models without full consideration in the early designing stage,shadows appearing in the windscreen at night as well as strong reflection in the bright environment greatly reduces the visibility of drivers,thus seriously affecting the driving safety.This paper investigated the visibility of the instrument of an A-class electric vehicle.The eye ellipse model was established based on hard point data and national standards.The optical path was simulated and analyzed using Catia and UG software followed by the solutions of the problems caused by the instruments and the DVD panel based on the evaluation and optimization of the simulation results,ensuring the visibility and driving safety.
