摘　　要：在汽车生产的过程中,汽车涂装的质量将会在很大程度上决定汽车外观品质,且伴随着人民群众物质生活水平的逐渐提升,对于汽车外观的要求也逐渐严格。在这样的背景之下,我国的汽车自动化生产线技术逐渐实现成熟与创新,且汽车涂装生产线也通过电气控制技术基本实现自动化生产,从根本上提升汽车涂装生产线的生产效率和质量。In the process of automobile production,the quality of automobile coating will determine the appearance quality of the car to a large extent,and with the gradual improvement of the people's material living standards,the requirements for the appearance of the car will gradually become stricter.Under such a background,China's automotive automation production line technology has gradually matured and innovated,and the automotive coating production line has also basically realized automated production through electrical control technology,fundamentally improving the production efficiency and quality of the automotive coating production line.
