摘　　要：伴随着如今社会的高速发展,对于运输类的时效性、安全性、便捷性成为关注性话题。该文针对大型自卸货车在装卸货物时车厢打开方式单一、盲目超载以及驾驶员与车厢之间未能建立动态联系等系列问题,设计一种集车辆装载质量监测、实时动态监控、自动遮蔽、尾门平开与侧开于一体的重型自卸货车车厢。在满足货物运输要求的同时,可给司机提供更安全可靠的技术支持。With the rapid development of today>s society,the timeliness,safety and convenience of transportation have become the focus of attention.This paper focuses on a series of problems such as single opening mode,blind overload and failure to establish dynamic connection between the driver and the truck when loading and unloading large dump trucks.In this paper,a heavy dump truck is designed,which integrates vehicle loading quality monitoring,realtime dynamic monitoring,automatic shelter,tail door flat opening and side opening.At the same time,it can provide more safe and reliable technical support to the driver.
