摘  要:电镀立方氮化硼(CBN)砂轮因其高磨削度、低能耗和低生产成本而被广泛用于航空航天、汽车和半导体行业。高速陶瓷CBN砂轮是一种广泛应用于汽车及船舶发动机的重要零件,例如曲轴、凸轮轴等。采用碳纤维增强的树脂基复合材料制造CBN高速砂轮,可以有效地提高CBN砂轮的高速研磨性能。在研磨中,采用碳纤维作为基材的CBN型陶瓷砂轮,其研磨速度为80m/s,可降低机床主轴60%的载荷,获得了较好的研磨质量。Electroplated cubic boron nitride(CBN)grinding wheels are widely used in aerospace,automotive and semiconductor industries due to their high degree of grinding,low energy consumption,and low production costs.High-speed ceramic CBN grinding wheel is an important part widely used in automobile and marine engines,such as crankshafts,camshafts,etc.The use of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite materials to manufacture CBN high-speed grinding wheels can effectively improve the high-speed grinding performance of CBN grinding wheels.In grinding,the CBN type ceramic grinding wheel using carbon fiber as the base material has a grinding speed of 80m/s,which can reduce the load of the machine tool spindle by 60%and obtain better grinding quality.
