摘 要:该文介绍电阻点焊自适应控制技术在白车身热成型零件的应用过程。通过初步设定点焊参数后经试片试验参数优化及实际零件参数优化两个阶段获得优质焊点,记录这些焊点的动态电阻曲线并计算出样本动态电阻曲线。零件焊接时自适应控制系统对各种扰动因素进行焊接电流和时间的调节,消除了热成型钢的点焊毛刺和飞溅,同时显著提高了生产中热成型钢零件的焊接质量的稳定性。UIR technology of resistance spot welding application in body-in-white hot stamping parts is introduced in this paper.Good spot welding points are obtained after preliminary welding parameters are set,and the parameters are optimized twice--sheet sample test and actual parts test.Then,record their dynamic resistance curves and calculate the sample dynamic resistance curve.The UIR system regulates the welding current and time to adapt the various disturbance factors when welding.The welding spatter and burr of the hot stamping parts are eliminated,meanwhile steady of the spot welding quality is significant improved during production.
