摘　　要：现如今,行动导向教学理念一种非常先进的教学理念,它以各种职业活动作为导向,最终目的是要对学生们的职业素养进行培养,实现从知识教学到能力培养的转变,是理论与实践相互结合的结果,而最终的教学质量往往也是通过学生们的综合素质情况得以体现。因此,该文将对以行动导向教学理念推进数控实训项目化教学实践进行研究,以期能够为这一方面的工作提供更多的帮助。Nowadays,the action oriented teaching concept is a very advanced teaching concept.It is guided by various professional activities.The ultimate goal is to cultivate the students>professional quality and realize the transformation from knowledge teaching to ability training.It is the result of the combination of theory and practice.The final teaching quality is often reflected through the students>comprehensive quality.Therefore,this paper will study the action oriented teaching concept to promote the project-based teaching practice of numerical control training,in order to provide more help for this work.
