摘 要:研究土壤无机磷组分在团聚体尺度下的微观表征,对促进土壤生态系统磷素循环和提升其有效性具有重要意义。以广西国有大桂山林场为研究区域,选择幼龄(1 a)、中龄(2 a)、成熟龄(4 a)桉树人工林土壤以及邻近撂荒地土壤(CK)为研究对象,采集表层土壤(0~20 cm)并通过湿筛法将其分为>2 mm、1~2 mm、0.25~1 mm和<0.25 mm粒径团聚体。通过室内实验,测定了全土和团聚体中无机磷各组分的含量和储量。结果表明:不同林龄桉树人工林土壤磷酸铝盐(Al-P)含量在0.25~1 mm粒径团聚体中较高,闭蓄态磷(O-P)含量在>2 mm和1~2 mm粒径团聚体中较高,磷酸铁盐(Fe-P)和磷酸钙盐(Ca-P)含量在各粒径团聚体中无显著差异。桉树人工林土壤无机磷各组分含量均显著高于CK,土壤Al-P和O-P含量在1 a林龄时最高,Fe-P含量在2 a林龄时最高,Ca-P含量在4 a林龄时最高。不同粒径团聚体无机磷储量主要由团聚体组成比例决定,不同林龄桉树人工林土壤无机磷组分的储量均在>2 mm粒径团聚体中较高。因此,在桉树人工林培育过程中,提出了应重视土壤>2 mm粒径团聚体的保护,以维持土壤团聚体的稳定和土壤无机磷的储存。It is of great significance to study the microscopic characterization of soil inorganic phosphorus at aggregate scale to promote phosphorus cycling and improve its availability in soil ecosystem.In this study,the State-Owned Daguishan Forest farm in Guangxi was selected as the research area,and the soil of young(1-year),middle(2-year)and mature(4-year)Eucalyptus plantation and adjacent abandoned land(CK)were selected as the research objects.The topsoil(0~20 cm)was collected and divided into aggregates with different sizes(including>2 mm,1~2 mm,0.25~1 mm and<0.25 mm)by wet screening method.The contents and stocks of inorganic phosphorus in whole soil and aggregate were determined by laboratory experiments.The results showed that the soil aluminum phosphate(Al-P)content was significantly higher in 0.25~1 mm aggregates.Closed and stored phosphorus(O-P)content was significantly higher in>2 mm and 1~2 mm aggregates,but iron phosphate(Fe-P)and calcium phosphate(Ca-P)contents were not significant in all size aggregates.The contents of inorganic phosphorus in soil of Eucalyptus plantation were significantly higher than those of CK.The contents of Al-P and O-P were the highest at 1-year;the contents of Fe-P were the highest at 2-year,and the contents of Ca-P were the highest at 4-year.The inorganic phosphorus stocks in soil aggregates were significantly correlated with the composition of different sized aggregates.The inorganic phosphorus stocks of CK and Eucalyptus plantations with different stand ages were higher in the>2 mm aggregates.Therefore,in order to maintain the stability of soil aggregates and the storage of soil inorganic phosphorus,the protection of soil aggregates with>2 mm size should be emphasized during the cultivation of Eucalyptus plantations.
