摘 要:为探讨不同植物生长调节剂处理对砀山酥梨苗木萌芽成枝的影响,以蒲城酥梨试验站1年生砀山酥梨苗木为试材,采用喷施方法进行了不同生长调节剂种类(6-BA、GA3、普洛马林以及KT-30)及不同浓度对其萌芽率、成枝力、平均枝长以及基部成枝的影响试验。结果表明:不同浓度6-BA及普洛马林均能促进酥梨苗木萌芽成枝,其中以300 mg/L 6-BA和1000 mg/L普洛马林的处理效果最好。To investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators on the germination and branch formation of Dangshan pear seedlings, one-year-old Dangshan pear seedlings from Pucheng Pear Experimental Station were used as experimental materials. The effects of different growth regulators(6-BA, GA3, Promalin and KT-30) and different concentrations on germination rate, shoot forming force, average shoot length, and base shoot forming were tested by spraying. The results showed that different concentrations of 6-BA and Promalin could promote the germination of pear seedlings into branches, and the treatment with 300 mg/L 6-BA and 1000 mg/L Promalin had the best effect.
