基于城市活力空间分异的铁路遗址研究——以滇越铁路昆明城区段为例

摘　　要：城市铁路遗址在时代发展下兼具遗址保护和城市更新的双重需求,对铁路遗址空间进行活力测度,能够判别活力分布特征并为场地的再开发提供依据,进而重焕遗址空间使用价值,实现遗址的长效保护。基于多源数据融合方法,对滇越铁路昆明城区段的社会及交通活力分布特征进行了分析,以判断铁路空间与城市要素的结合程度,从而为铁路遗址的开发和保护提供基础信息。结果表明:(1)滇越铁路昆明城区段社会活力大面积分布在盘龙区段,五华区段次之,西山区段最弱,其中盘龙区段新迎街区活力值最高;(2)交通活力可达性最高的是五华区段的人民西路街区,而交通设施点主要分布在盘龙段。结论为:铁路盘龙段适宜营造具有商业氛围的经济廊道;五华区段适宜建设有助身心健康的慢行绿道;西山区段适宜营造工业遗迹保护区。Urban railway sites have the dual needs of site protection and urban renewal under the development of the times. The vitality measurement of the railway site space can distinguish the characteristics of vitality distribution and provide a basis for the redevelopment of the site. Then, the use value of the site space can be restored to achieve long-term protection of the site. Based on the multi-source data fusion method, this paper analyzes the social and traffic vitality distribution characteristics of the Kunming urban section of the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway, and judges the degree of integration between railway space and urban elements, so as to provide basic information for the development and protection of railway sites. The results show that:(1) The social vitality of the Kunming urban section of the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway is widely distributed in the Panlong section, followed by the Wuhua section. The Xishan section is the weakest, and the Panlong section of the Xinying District has the highest vitality value;(2) The most dynamic accessibility is the Renmin West Road block in the Wuhua section, while the transportation facilities are mainly distributed in the Panlong section. The conclusion is that the Panlong section of the railway is suitable for building an economic corridor with a commercial atmosphere;the Wuhua section is suitable for building a slow-moving greenway that is conducive to physical and mental health;the Xishan section is suitable for building an industrial relics protection zone.
