摘 要:土地是宝贵的自然资源,供人们生产生活之用。评估土地综合承载能力,可以预测、也可以规划广西今后的发展。采用承载力状态评价法与各方面因素构建指标体系,评价了广西自然环境特点对土地综合承载力水平的影响和经济社会发展程度。结果表明:广西综合承载力在相对逐年上升,针对生态环境和社会方面的承载力因素进行提高可提升广西土地综合承载力。为此,提出了在今后进行土地综合承载力评价时,第三产业新趋势可以适当考虑进对评价指标的选取中的建议。Land resource is one of the most valuable natural resources for people producing and living. Evaluating the land comprehensive carrying capacity in Guangxi could provide predicting and guiding knowledge for its development. Using the state evaluation method of carrying capacity, the index system is constructed by considering various factors comprehensively, and the influence of natural environment characteristics on the level of comprehensive carrying capacity of land and the degree of economic and social development of Guangxi is comprehensively considered. The result shows the comprehensive carrying capacity of Guangxi has increased year by year. In order to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of Guangxi land, this paper aims at improving the ecological environment and social carrying capacity factors. It is suggested that the new trend of tertiary industry can be properly taken into consideration in the selection of evaluation indexes when evaluating the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in the future.
