摘  要:分析护理专业本科生在“大创项目”过程中对创新学习的真实体验和学习效果。研究表明,“大创项目”有助于护理专业本科生创新学习能力的发展,但学校和教师要重视其创新学习需求,增强其创新学习自我效能感和认同感,从而进一步提升其创新学习能力水平。This paper analyzes the real experience and learning effect of innovative learning of nursing undergraduates in the process of "The Graduate Enterprise Programme".The study shows that the "The Graduate Enterprise Programme" is conducive to the development of the innovative learning ability of nursing undergraduates,but schools and teachers should pay attention to the students’ innovative learning needs,enhance their innovative learning self-efficacy and identity,thus further enhancing their innovative learning ability.
