摘　　要：对兰州市200名社区居民进行临终关怀问卷调查,了解社区居民对临终关怀的基本认知情况和对临终关怀志愿服务的意向态度。结果显示,兰州社区居民对临终关怀知晓率总体较好,态度积极,普遍认识其重要性及意义,愿意接受临终关怀服务,对于临终关怀志愿服务意向较高,但对临终关怀的服务内容、机构与服务对象存在一定的认知局限性。This paper conducts a hospice care questionnaire on 200 community residents in Lanzhou to understand the basic cognition of hospice care and their intentional attitude towards hospice care voluntary service.The results show that the community residents in Lanzhou generally have a good awareness rate of hospice care and positive attitude. Its importance and significance are widely recognized by the community residents. They are willing to accept hospice care services,and have a high intention of hospice care voluntary service,but they have certain cognitive limitations on the service content,institutions and service objects of hospice care.
