摘　　要：探讨川东北地区手术室护士共情疲劳现状及其影响因素。研究显示,手术室护士共情疲劳程度较严重,其中男护士、工作6~10年及合同制的手术室护士表现尤为突出,护理管理者应根据相关影响因素,采取有效的干预措施,以减轻其共情疲劳现状。This paper discussed the current situation and influencing factors of compassion fatigue of operating room nurses in Northeast Sichuan.The study showed that the compassion fatigue of operating room nurses was serious,especially for male nurses,operating room nurses who had worked for 6 ~10 years and contracted nurses. Nursing managers should take effective intervention measures to reduce the compassion fatigue according to the related factors.
