摘 要:本文以含羟基的醇酸中间体、聚醚多元醇N-210、2, 2-二羟甲基丙酸、4, 4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯及不同扩链剂(乙二胺、异佛尔酮二胺、二乙烯三胺)为原料,采用预聚法制备了自氧化水性聚氨酯,并重点探讨了扩链剂种类对自氧化水性聚氨酯及其漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:当以异佛尔酮二胺为扩链剂时,所制备的自氧化水性聚氨酯外观更为透明,粒径最小(仅为57.6 nm),在50℃下的热储存稳定性高达6个月,在空气中固化14天后,漆膜具有最大的铅笔硬度(2 H)和最优异的耐水性(180 h)。In this paper, hydroxyl-containing alkyd intermediate, polyether polyol N-210, 2, 2-dimethylolpropionic acid, 4, 4’-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and different chain extenders( ethylenediamine, isophorone diamine,diethylene triamine) were used as raw materials to prepare auto-oxidizing water-borne polyurethane by prepolymerization method. The effects of the types of chain extenders on the properties of auto-oxidizing water-borne polyurethane and paint films were also discussed. The results show that the prepared auto-oxidizing water-borne polyurethane has a more transparent appearance, the smallest particle size(57.6 nm), and the storage stability at 50 ℃reached 6 months when isophorone diamine was used as the chain extender. The above-mentioned auto-oxidizing water-borne polyurethane exhibited the highest pencil hardness(2 H) and the best water resistance(180 h) after curing in air for 14 days.
