纸张保护涂料用硅丙乳液的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:本文通过种子乳液聚合的方法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,以甲基丙烯酸(MMA)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)为功能单体,制备了应用于卡纸涂布的硅丙乳液。结果表明,当乳化剂、有机硅单体(A-171)和MAA用量分别占单体总质量为2%、3%和2%,乳液Tg为5℃时,所制备的硅丙乳液使涂布后的卡纸具有良好的耐折性、防爆性、抗回黏性、耐水性以及良好的附着力,在纸张保护涂料上具有很好的发展前景。In this paper, through the method of seed emulsion polymerization, by using methyl methacrylate(MAA), isooctyl methacrylate(2-EHA) and butyl acrylate(BA) as the main monomers, while methacrylic acid(MAA)and ethylene trimethoxysilane(A-171) as the functional monomers, a silicone-acrylic emulsion for cardboard coating was prepared. The results showed that when the amount of emulsifier, silicone monomer(A-171) and MAA accounted for2%, 3% and 2% of the total monomer mass, and the Tg of the emulsion was 5 ℃ the prepared silicone-acrylic emulsion made the coated cardboard had good folding resistance, explosion-proof resistance, anti-stickiness, water resistance and good adhesion, and thus has a good development prospect in paper protective coatings.
