摘　　要：目的 优选黔产钩藤的最佳产地加工方法。方法 分别采用阴干、晒干、烘干、蒸制、烫制法加工钩藤,以钩藤碱、异钩藤碱、去氢钩藤碱、异去氢钩藤碱、缝籽嗪甲醚、去氢毛钩藤碱、总黄酮、总多糖、醇溶性浸出物含量为评价指标,采用综合评分法优选钩藤的最佳产地加工方法。结果 钩藤不同加工方法的综合评分值差异较大,从大到小的顺序:蒸制一次(0.73)>40℃烘干(0.69)>烫制(0.64)>阴干(0.34)>晒干(0.30)。结论 蒸制一次为钩藤的最佳产地加工方法,最佳工艺为:取钩藤鲜品药材,趁鲜剪枝,置于已经“圆汽”的蒸制容器中,蒸制5 min后,60℃干燥箱中烘干。该方法可较好的保证钩藤药材的质量。Objective To optimize the best habitat processing method of Uncaria rhynchophylla from Guizhou.Methods Uncaria rhynchophylla was processed by drying in the shade,drying in the sun,drying,steaming and scalding,respectively.The contents of rhynchophylline,isorhynchophylline,corynoxeine,isocorynoxeine,geissoschizine methyl ether and hirsuteine,total flavonoids,total polysaccharides and alcohol-soluble extracts were used as evaluation indexes,and the optimal processing method of Uncaria rhynchophylla from different producing areas was optimized by comprehensive scoring method.Results The comprehensive score values of different processing methods of Uncaria rhynchophylla were quite different,and the order from large to small was steaming once( 0.73) > drying at 40 °C( 0.69) > blanching( 0.64) > drying in shade( 0.34) > drying in sun( 0.30).Conclusion Steaming once was the best processing method for the origin of Uncaria rhynchophylla.The best process was as follows:fresh Uncaria rhynchophylla medicinal materials were taken,pruned while fresh,placed in the steaming container already “ round steam ”,steamed for 5 min,and dried in a drying oven at 60 °C.This method could better ensure the quality of Uncaria rhynchophylla medicinal materials.
