摘　　要：多药耐药(MDR)是导致大肠癌化疗失败的主要原因之一,也是造成大肠癌患者高死亡率的重要因素,寻找逆转多药耐药的药物成为临床治疗大肠癌的新突破。肿瘤多药耐药的产生机制复杂,具有多基因、多步骤及多因素的特性。中药具有毒性小、多途径、作用靶点广泛等优势,在逆转肿瘤多药耐药方面取得了一定进展,备受各界关注。文章结合大肠癌多药耐药产生的主要机制,阐述近年来中药逆转大肠癌MDR的作用研究,此将为临床中医药治疗大肠癌及相关研究提供一定的参考。Multidrug resistance(MDR) is one of the main reasons leading to the failure of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer,and it is also an important factor causing the high mortality of colorectal cancer patients.Looking for drugs to reverse MDR has become a new breakthrough in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.The mechanism of tumor multidrug resistance is complex,which has the characteristics of multi gene,multi-step and multi factor.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has the advantages of low toxicity,multi-channel and wide range of action targets.It has made some progress in reversing tumor MDR and attracted much attention from all walks of life.Combined with the main mechanism of MDR in colorectal cancer,this paper expounds the research on the reversal effect of TCM in recent years,which will provide some reference for clinical TCM in the treatment of colorectal cancer and related research.
