摘　　要：目的探索阴虚、阳虚体质与舌、面诊图像特征的关联性,为中医体质辨识提供客观化、数字化参考依据。方法采集阴虚、阳虚体质人群的舌、面诊图像信息资料,利用Apriori算法构建关联规则模型,分析阴虚、阳虚体质与舌、面诊特征信息之间的关联性。结果按关联性指标提升度大小排序:(1)阴虚、阳虚体质与舌、面诊单项特征的关联性:阴虚质主要与舌色红绛(7.359)、舌裂纹(5.785)、唇色红(4.301)存在强关联性;阳虚质主要与舌色淡白(1.603)、唇色淡白(1.548)存在强关联性;(2)阴虚、阳虚体质与舌、面诊多项组合特征的关联性:阴虚质主要与面红+舌红+苔黄(8.422)存在强关联性;阳虚质主要与唇淡白+舌淡白(2.227)存在强关联性。结论通过关联规则的数据挖掘方法筛选出的与体质关联度较高的舌、面象特征符合阴虚、阳虚体质的临床病机表现特点,为中医体质辨识提供了特色的舌、面诊数字化参考依据。Objective To explore the correlation between Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency constitution and their tongue and face diagnosis image features,so as to provide an objective and digital reference for TCM constitution identification.Methods The image information of tongue and face diagnosis of people with Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency constitution was collected,and the Apriori algorithm was used to construct an association rule model to analyze the correlation between Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency constitution and the characteristic information of tongue and face diagnosis.Results Ranked by correlation index(lift):(1)The correlation between Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency constitution and individual characteristics of tongue and face diagnosis:Yin-deficiency constitution is mainly related to red tongue(7.359),tongue crack(5.785),and red lips(4.301);There is a strong correlation between Yang-deficiency and pale tongue(1.603) and pale lips(1.548).(2)Correlation between Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency constitution and the combination of tongue and facial diagnosis:Yin-deficiency substance is mainly strongly associated with red tongue and yellow tongue(8.422);Yang-deficiency substance is mainly strongly associated with light white tongue and white tongue(2.227).Conclusion The tongue and facial features with high correlation with constitution screened by data mining method of association rules are in line with the clinical pathogenesis characteristics of Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency constitution,which provides a characteristic digital reference basis for tongue and facial diagnosis of TCM constitution identification.
