收益预期、社会信任与农户农地转出契约选择

摘　　要：基于嵌入性社会结构理论,分别用收益预期和社会信任来代表影响农户农地转出契约选择的自主因子和嵌入因子,并构建理论分析框架,利用湖北省、山东省784户农地转出户进行了实证检验,结果表明:1)收益预期显著影响农户农地转出契约选择,即收益预期越高,农户越倾向选择弱关系对象、书面契约和长期期限。2)社会信任显著影响农户农地转出契约选择,其中人际信任水平越高,农地转出时越倾向选择强关系对象、口头契约和短期期限;制度信任水平越高,农地转出时越倾向选择弱关系对象、书面契约和长期期限。3)收益预期与社会信任对农户农地转出契约选择有一定交互作用。其中,农户的人际信任水平越高,收益预期对其转出契约选择的有效影响越弱;制度信任水平越高,收益预期对其转出契约选择的有效影响越强。因此,结合农户的认知水平,重视农户收益预期,培育提升制度信任水平,将有助于促进农地转出契约的规范化。Based on the embedded social structure theory,the income expectation and social trust respectively represent the independent factor and embedded factor that affect farmers’choice of farmland transfer-out contract.Empirical research is carried out using 784 farmland transfer-out households in Hubei and Shandong provinces.The results show that:Firstly,income expectations significantly affect farmers’choice of farmland transfer-out contracts,that means,the higher the income expectation is,the higher the possibility of weak relationship objects,written contracts and long-term contracts are selected.Secondly,social trust significantly affects farmers’choice of farmland transfer-out contracts.Among them,the higher the level of interpersonal trust is,the higher the possibility of strong relationship objects,verbal contracts and short-term contracts are selected,and the higher the level of institutional trust is,the higher the probability of weak relationship objects,written contracts and long-term contracts are selected.Finally,income expectations and social trust have a certain interaction effect on farmers’choice of farmland transfer-out contracts.Among them,the higher the level of interpersonal trust is,the weaker the effective effect of income expectations is,and the higher the level of institutional trust is,the stronger the effective effect of income expectations is.Therefore,combining farmers’cognition level,paying attention to farmers’income expectations,and cultivating the level of institutional trust will help to promote the standardization of farmland transfer-out contracts.
