摘 要:采用盆栽控水法于2020~2021年在智能日光温室对26份马铃薯创新种质的农艺性状、生理生化和产量指标进行测定,用隶属函数法、PCA和系统聚类分析法对马铃薯创新种质抗旱性进行鉴定与分类。结果表明:受到干旱胁迫后,马铃薯创新种质的株高、茎粗、叶片相对含水量和单株结薯数与对照相比均有不同程度的下降,下降幅度小的品系抗旱性较强。叶绿素含量和MDA含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的增加,增加幅度较大的品系抗旱性较强。经过隶属函数法、PCA和系统聚类分析,筛选出5个抗旱性较强的品系,直接用于参加区域试验或作马铃薯育种遗传材料,为马铃薯种质资源抗旱性鉴定和抗旱型新品种选育提供理论依据。The agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical indexes and yield indexes of 26 potato innovative germplasm were measured by potted water-control method in intelligent solar greenhouse from 2020 to 2021.The drought resistance of potato innovative germplasms was identified and classified by membership function method,PCA and system cluster analysis.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf water content and tuber number per plant in innovative potato germplasms decreased in some degrees under drought stress compared with the control,and the strains with smaller decrease had a better drought resistance.Chlorophyll content,MDA content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,soluble sugar and proline content all increased in some degrees too,and the strains with larger increase also had a better drought resistance.Through membership function method,PCA and system cluster analysis,five strains with high drought resistance were screened out,which were directly used in regional test or potato breeding parent materials,to provide theoretical basis for drought resistance identification of potato germplasm resources and breeding of new varieties with drought resistance.
