摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是临床上常见的一种缺乏胃肠道结构改变的功能性肠病,在临床中本病多从脏腑及病理因素进行辨证论治。经络不仅是气血运行的通道,而且在内归属于脏腑,与脏腑的联系相当密切。本文拟从经络理论、经络与脏腑间的相互联系及经络系统循行探析IBS-D的病因病机、主要临床表现,阐述在IBS-D治疗中以经络辨证为基础,并根据获得的临床讯息进行分经辨证、分经选方、分经选穴,针药并用,希望能从经络辨证角度拓展IBS-D的中医治疗思路。Diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) is a common clinical functional bowel disease that lacks structural changes in the gastrointestinal tract. In clinical practice, the disease is treated based on syndrome differentiation from viscera and pathological factors. The meridians and collaterals are not only the channels for the movement of Qi and blood, but also belong to the internal organs,which are closely related to the internal organs. This paper intends to analyze the etiology, pathogenesis and main clinical manifestations of IBS-D from the meridian theory, the relationship between meridians and viscera, and the circulation of meridian system, and expounds that the treatment of IBS-D is based on the syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals, and according to the obtained clinical information, we can carry out meridian differentiation, meridian select, acupoint selection, acupuncture and medicine combination, hoping to expand the traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas of IBS-D from the perspective of syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals.
