行为动机转换理念护理对骨折合并糖尿病患者护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析行为动机转换理念护理对骨折合并糖尿病患者护理效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年12月厦门大学附属福州第二医院治疗的120例骨折合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,并依据患者的护理方式将其分为研究组和参考组,各60例。参考组按一般护理方式开展护理,研究组应用行为动机转换理念护理。比较两组并发症发生率、疼痛评分、焦虑抑郁程度和生活质量水平。结果:研究组中未发生低血糖,出现1例静脉血栓、1例切口愈合延迟,并发症发生率为3.33%,参考组中出现8例低血糖、2例静脉血栓、2例切口愈合延迟,并发症发生率为20.00%,研究组低血糖发生率及并发症总发生率明显低于参考组(χ^(2)=8.571、8.086,P=0.003、0.004)。护理前,两组疼痛评分、焦虑抑郁程度评分和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疼痛评分、焦虑抑郁程度评分和生活质量评分均优于护理前,且研究组优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:行为动机转换理念护理对骨折合并糖尿病患者具有良好的效果,可显著减少低血糖发生率,改善患者不良心理及疼痛程度,提升患者的生活质量。Objective: To analyze the effect of behavioral motivation conversion concept nursing on nursing effect of fracture patients with diabetes. Method: Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 120 patients with fracture complicated with diabetes who were treated in Fuzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2021, and they were divided into research group and reference group according to their nursing methods, with 60 cases in each group. The reference group carried out nursing according to the general nursing mode, and the research group applied the behavioral motivation conversion concept nursing. The incidence of complications, pain score, anxiety and depression degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result: In the research group, there was no hypoglycemia, 1 case of venous thrombosis and 1 case of delayed wound healing, the complication rate was 3.33%. There were 8 cases of hypoglycemia, 2 cases of venous thrombosis and 2 cases of delayed wound healing in the reference group, the complication rate was 20.00%. The incidence of hypoglycemia and the total incidence of complications in the research group were significantly lower than those in the reference group( χ^(2)=8.571, 8.086, P=0.003, 0.004). Before nursing, there were no significant differences between the two groups in pain score, anxiety and depression score and quality of life score(P>0.05). After nursing, the pain score, anxiety and depression score and quality of life score of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and the research group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The behavioral motivation conversion concept nursing has a good effect on fracture patients with diabetes, which can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, improve the bad psychology and pain degree of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
